Gran Via Business & Meeting Center opens its Business Club space in Barcelona

5 July, 2021

This workspace of reference in the city of Barcelona has opened a multidisciplinary space that adds to the range of workspaces they have in the heart of the city centre.

Located in the city of Barcelona, just a short walk from any reference location and public transport, Gran Via Business & Meeting Center opened last Friday its new Business Club space, a new commitment of the management of this business center to provide a range of flexible workspaces in which the design and distribution of the areas provide a new perspective of uniqueness and exclusivity accessible to its customers.

Designed to serve companies and entrepreneurs, international delegations as well as local representatives, this Business Club offers flexible workspace solutions for today’s users who are looking for unique, characterful and fully functional workspaces: basic details that seek to attract digital nomads to the workspace, providing a springboard for business growth and development.

“The search for flexible workspaces, with the adaptation of current hybrid models, was already growing in Barcelona before the COVID and the pandemic has only increased the demand now that work habits have changed significantly”, explain Gran Via BC, in relation to how this new modality offer was on the roadmap prior to the pandemic.

At a time when attendance at the centre has decreased due to the coronavirus, Gran Via BC saw the right time to adapt this workspace model: “There is a clear demand from those who wish to take advantage of the network of users who stay at this centre and we have opted to open the doors to members who are looking for a professional and flexible workspace within the framework of our project”, they point out from this team of professionals.

The Gran Via BC facilities have been at the forefront of workspace solutions in Barcelona for more than 20 years and 2021. Even under the influence of the pandemic, it has been a good year for the company, which has added new users to its workspaces to the point of being at 91% occupancy, as in times before the virus. The great reception given to the presentation of this new Business Club and its three modalities for its users only indicates that flexible and relational work, always with all the guarantees of security, will be present in the long term.
