With a remarkable 26% increase in profitability, three out of ten cases surpassed this figure, while 67% of respondents placed their profit margin between 11 and 15%. Regarding the expansion strategy of operators, major capitals (62%) continue to be the preferred locations for installing flexible workspaces globally.
